MBW Bay, Vista Tiara

A warm, simple and practical home is taking shape at MBW Bay, Vista Tiara — the second project we have had the pleasure of building here. The design follows a modern-minimalist language: soft neutral tones, clean joinery and generous storage, so the space feels calm even as life fills it.

This update captures the renovation in progress — custom cabinetry going in, finishes being refined, and the vision steadily becoming reality. Follow along as the project moves toward handover.
