A real project · Taman Molek, Johor Bahru
The Lim family had given up on renovating. Then they saw it in 3D.
Wei Jian and Adeline bought a 1,180 sqft resale unit in Taman Molek to fit three generations under one roof. An earlier contractor had taken their deposit and vanished, so they were ready to just live with the dark hallways and overflowing cupboards. We won them back by designing the whole home in 3D first, then building only what they approved. Nine weeks later, we handed over on time. Drag any room to see where they started.
